12 14 to 1 31

tues planet fitness (im tired of typing that. from this point on, it will be forever known as pf. after typing all that, the saved keystrokes should offset in about a month. worth it.

weds 3 miles after school with a kid on the xc team (not the kid. different kid.) pf

fri 6 miles 39 min (incl. railbed 4 at school in 2415). felt good.

sat woke up with a ton of calf pain. it was tough to walk.

sun no improvement. pf

12/21 to 1/3

wasnt able to run. went to pf a few times

1/4 to 1/24

ran a couple times each week. getting into a good routine of 3 or 4 days a week at pf.

1/25 to 1/31

22 miles, 3 days at pf. rolled a 242 in league on a hard oil pattern (averages are about 20 pins less)
