so far im doing ok dealing with the possibility of missing a lot of time. i think ill be able to make it this whole week without completely losing my mind. that could change if the week off isnt enough, but its too early to stress about that.

  1. yeah glenny i can lift. i worked out at my house yesterday. i used a 12 pound shot put for curls and shoulder raises. then i put 4 shots in a milk crate so i could do bent rows. then i did crunches and planks. i dont like to lift but after i put music on and it wasnt that horrible.

  2. You should get one of your neighbors to hold your feet while you hang your body out of your 3rd story window, so you can do Rocky sit-ups. Then you can stick plastic baggies in your shoes and run through 2 feet of powder up a mountain.

  3. doesnt sound that hard. i ran up your road like that a few years ago. it was before i knew how much i hate snowshoeing and how much better wool socks are compared to plastic bags. i might have some trouble with the situps only cuz i dont know any of my neighbors. none of em will say more than hi. maybe i can do it solo if i let the window closed across my shins and my feet still inside to keep me from falling out.
